Low Voltage (LV)
We draft and legalize Low Voltage electrical installations in accordance with the REBT, applying line calculations, voltage drops, protections, and selectivity. We prepare single-line diagrams, technical reports, and commissioning documentation. Our objective is to ensure electrical safety, supply continuity, and compatibility with the building’s energy requirements.
HVAC and Ventilation
We design HVAC and ventilation installations complying with the requirements of RITE and CTE, sizing thermal loads, airflows, and energy recovery systems. We select high-efficiency equipment and define control strategies to ensure comfort, operational stability, and indoor air quality under verifiable technical criteria.
Fire Protection (FP)
We develop complete fire protection projects, in accordance with the Fire Protection Installations Regulations and CTE-SI. We size automatic detection, extinguishing, hydrant, hose reel, and compartmentalization systems. We oversee their proper implementation and final certification, ensuring both passive and active building safety against fire risk.
Industrial Thermal Systems
We design and legalize thermal systems for industrial environments applying specific regulations (RITE, UNE, and sectoral standards). We create solutions for thermal generation, distribution, heat exchangers, and energy recovery, optimizing performance, operational safety, and overall efficiency in production processes.
We carry out design and optimization studies for new and existing installations, applying criteria of energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, and overall performance improvement. Our goal is to implement sustainable, reliable solutions tailored to the operational needs of each facility.
