Climate control and air conditioning
We design climate control systems adapted to the actual thermal loads of the building, applying demand calculations, selecting equipment based on seasonal performance (SEER/SCOP) and ensuring compliance with RITE. We assess indoor air quality according to UNE 171330 and prioritize efficient solutions such as heat pumps, VRV/VRF systems or hydronic systems. The goal is to guarantee comfort, low consumption and operational stability throughout the year.
Heating
We design thermal installations based on high-efficiency generators: aerothermal heat pumps, condensing boilers or centralized systems according to CTE-HE. We analyze the building’s thermal inertia, the required emissivity (radiators, underfloor heating, fan coils) and the installation’s seasonal performance. We aim to reduce energy losses, ensure precise sizing and offer solutions compatible with renewable energies.
Ventilation
We develop controlled mechanical ventilation projects (single flow or double flow with heat recovery), guaranteeing indoor air quality according to RITE and CTE-HS. We perform airflow calculations, air change rates per hour and network balancing, prioritizing systems that enhance comfort and reduce thermal load. Well-designed ventilation not only promotes health but also optimizes the performance of the entire climate control system.
Domestic Hot Water (DHW)
We design efficient DHW systems using specific heat pumps, solar thermal energy or centralized production with high-efficiency heat exchangers. We calculate storage volumes and flow rates according to regulations and the building’s usage patterns. We prioritize equipment with high energy efficiency and maintenance strategies to avoid hygienic-sanitary risks such as Legionella.
